ORLANDO CONDO HOTEL MARKET

Palazzo del Lago will offer 1260 hotel suites at the Palazzo del Lago InterContinental Resort & Residence.  Another 585 units will be one, two, and three-bedroom luxury condos at the Villas at Palazzo del Lago.  Prices begin in the $400,000s.  

Both the hotel suites and the villas will be managed by InterContinental Hotels Group.  Palazzo del Lago will be the largest of the global portfolio of 140 InterContinental luxury hotels in 60 countries.

The Palazzo del Lago will be constructed on Lake Bryan in Lake Buena Vista, the heart of the vacation and convention business in Orlando.  The architecture is inspired by Renaissance Italy.

Plans for the project include:

• The Villas at Palazzo del Lago 585 hotel condominium suites

• 300 ft. of white sand lakefront beach
• 114,000 sq. ft. conference and meeting space

• Business Center
